By using the Scouts social app (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If something doesn't work for you, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (you confirm this at registration).
One person — one account. Bot and automated-script accounts are not allowed without separate agreement.
Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented.
2. Content
You keep the rights to the content you post. By publishing it on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Service.
Content goes through automated moderation, which may remove or block material without prior notice.
Prohibited: spam, fraud, insults, threats, hate speech, erotic content, violence, infringement of others' intellectual-property rights, and incitement to illegal acts.
Zero tolerance. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours: violating content is removed and the offending account is banned.
3. Reports and blocking
Any user can report a post, a comment, or another user.
Any user can block another — all interaction then stops completely.
The moderation team reviews reports and decides at its discretion; we reserve the right to remove content or suspend an account without warning for serious violations.
4. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account.
Deletion is irreversible: your posts, comments, chats, follows, and related data will be erased.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or other harm arising from use of the Service. In jurisdictions where such a disclaimer is not fully permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you accept them.
